Longboat Key

Our Longboat Key Meeting room can accommodate from 40 to 85 participants depending upon the specific planned use. The facility can easily be divided into Longboat Key rooms A & B to accommodate meetings or events for a smaller group, or to provide meeting "break-out" areas. The separate A & B rooms can accommodate from 30 to 40 participants. The Longboat Key meeting room(s) offer a bright, airy atmosphere that's perfect for conferences, training events, and business meetings.

Siesta Key

The Siesta Key meeting room offers bright and functional meeting space that can accommodate from 16 to 60 participants depending on the type of meeting or event.

Hemingway

This beautifully decorated, Key West styled meeting room, with its rich wood paneling and tropical views, is perfect for business meetings, award ceremonies, or any other business event. The Hemingway can accommodate from 16 to 45 participants in style.

The Duval Ballroom and Conference Center

The newest and finest addition to our business and social event venues is the magnificent Duval Ballroom and Conference Center. This free standing center, located on the hotel property, features an impressive, spacious interior that will accommodate up to 250 people in comfort and style.

Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, the Duval Ballroom and Conference Center boasts a huge (84' x 13') Sunset Terrace with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, combing first class amenities with an unmatched natural setting that only Clearwater Beach can offer.

For additional flexibility, the Duval event space can easily be split into two separate areas, each of which can accommodate up to 125 people with room to spare.

For added convenience the Duval Ballroom and Conference Center also features an integrated catering kitchen, easy elevator access, and state of the art audio-visual capabilities.
